We care about you and your website, which is why we offer Website Care Plans. Every client on one of our Website Care Plans receives a monthly report so they can see how things are going. Reports include traffic statistics, plugin updates and security data.
Cancel at any time
There is no annual contract, however we do require a month to month commitment. If you are not happy you can cancel at any time, we will continue to work on your site through the rest of that month and you will not be charged for the next month.

Monthly time does not roll over. It is there to reserve your place in our schedule for dedicated time and resources.

However, every hosting service is different — they have different operating systems, configurations, features, and other options. We may be restricted in some ways and may not be able to implement all of the features of our Website Care Plans into your website if you are hosted elsewhere.

It’s basically the same concept as your computer — you have to keep it up-to-date to protect yourself and gain new features. If you don’t, you are subject to hackers, malware and other intrusions.
Our support plans are designed for websites that we have designed. But we also welcome new and returning clients who are looking for someone to provide dedicated long-term support.
To start, we would like to do an initial Website Evaluation to familiarize ourselves with your set up. Not all developers and designers use the same tools (and not all tools are equal), so we will have to make sure that your website is set up with professional-quality themes and plugins can be updated properly. We’ll make a full backup of your site, and then do a thorough review from both the visitor side as well as the WordPress admin setup. We will make a list of technical issues that need fixing, software that needs updating, and suggestions for overall improvements in order to proceed on a monthly plan.
The whole point of our Website Care Plans is to make it easy on you. There shouldn’t be much need to contact us for support, but we realize that the need may arise. You are welcome to contact us anytime, as often as you like, for any reason.

Once you sign up and provide login credentials and the initial evaluation is done, we’ll have your plan set up within 1-3 business days. Everything from speed improvements to security will be addressed during on-boarding along with a report.
The whole purpose of our care plans is preventative care, so we work hard to prevent anything from happening.
However, in the case something does happen and your website needs emergency care, we will be there right by your side to help resolve the issues.
We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.
We will, as well as any contractors we employ to exclusively work on your website care support. We do take customer privacy very seriously.
Most of the time you will not be bothered with issues. We will resolve any issues promptly if and when they occur. There are times where we will alert you to an issue if it requires further decision on your part, or has the potential to impact your sales.
Yes, there is a $250 onboarding fee for a site that we did not create, or a site that has not had a care plan with us in the last 3 months. Additionally, we may ask you to resolve issues with your site before we can onboard you onto our website care plan services.
You will have to have a credit card on file for billing. All plans are pre-paid one month in advance and billed with a monthly recurring payment to your credit card. You will be billed every month until you cancel your plan. You can cancel at any time as long as you give us 30 days notice. It’s just that simple.
Every month, we send a report to our Website Care Plan clients. It contains information about your website traffic, the updates we’ve installed, security data, and more. We continue to improve the reports so they become more and more informative with each iteration.
If you have a task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan However, many times we will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at our current support rate of $125/hr.
